Do you offer 24/7 service?
Yes. Our dispatchers and snow plow drivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the winter season.
What equipment do you use?
We operate trucks with commercial-grade snow plows, plus bobcats and skid steers, so jobs of any size can be handled safely and fast.
What is the difference between plowing and snow removal?
Plowing pushes snow aside to open lanes, parking spaces and walkways. Snow removal hauls accumulated snow off the property when there is nowhere left to pile it.
Do you provide salt and sand?
Yes. We offer bulk salting and sand application for high-traffic areas, coordinated with our plowing crews.
What is the difference between de-icing and anti-icing?
De-icing melts ice that has already formed. Anti-icing is applied before a storm to help keep ice from bonding to the pavement. We can talk through which fits your property.
What is a winter maintenance program?
It is a plan set up ahead of the season that covers the winter services your property needs, such as plowing, removal, salting and sanding, handled by one team.
When should I set up service?
Before the first storm is best, so you are covered from the start. You can still call us any time during the winter.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Many customers combine plowing, snow removal, salting and ice management so one team handles everything.
